Ellen’s Essentials accepts no responsibility for the misuse of any of our products. By placing any order through our web site, you agree that we are not liable for problems that arise from your storage and/or use of any products.

PRICING:
Product prices and specifications are based on information available at the time of posting and are subject to change without notice. All dimensions, weight and carton counts are subject to standard deviations. Please be aware that products may have a slight variation in color from item to item or batch to batch. However, the excellent quality of our products will always reflect our high standards.

PLACING ORDERS:
Ellen’s Essentials does not have a minimum order. All orders shall be prepaid. We accept orders via our online shopping cart only.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.  We do our best to ship your order within 48 hours.  However, it may take up to 4 working days for your order to be processed. 

HOW TO COUNT THE DAYS:
When counting days we only count business days.  We do not count the day your order was received and do not count weekends or federal holidays.  For example, if you placed your order on Thursday and Monday was a holiday your order should ship on or before the next Thursday.  More often than not, your order is shipped way before then.

Our order processing time may vary and orders processed during the holiday season may require a longer processing time.

If you have special circumstances, for instance you have an upcoming craft show or some other event that you are trying to prepare for, it is a good idea to let us know.  We care and are willing to work with you.  Depending on circumstances, it may be possible to expedite your order.  You may request expedited order processing using the comments field of our secure shopping cart or via email.

BACKORDERS:
We do not backorder. Occasionally, we run out of stock on items. If we are out of stock on an item, we will either contact you regarding the item, or the order will be shipped without the item and the total adjusted accordingly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of having placed it. Orders canceled after the initial 24 hrs. will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Enforcement of cancellation fee is not dependent on any other terms and conditions. This fee will be charged to your credit card. Orders shall not be cancelled after they are shipped.  If you email your cancellation request, please make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation from us.

HOW WE MEASURE:
Unless otherwise stated, all liquids are measured by volume and dry products are measured by weight.

SHIPPING:
At this time we are not accessible to the public for pickups. We ship using USPS PRIORITY MAIL and UPS Ground Service. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please verify the accuracy of the address information on your order. If the carrier must make an address correction, not only does this delay the delivery of your order it may make the package undeliverable and additional shipping charges may be incurred. This charge will be passed along to you if the address that you provided results in an additional charge.

STATE SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be charged for Texas residents at a 8.25% rate unless you have a valid Texas Resale Certificate on file with us.  Customers with a valid Texas Resale Certificate on file with us should be able to checkout via our shopping cart without being charged sales tax. 

RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-refund, no-return policy. We are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of product to our customers. If you are uncertain about any product please order the smaller sizes available before ordering larger quantities. Non raw materials and ingredients items that have not been opened may be returned. Defective merchandise shall be replaced with identical item.  A 25% restocking fee shall apply to all returned items. Email us for return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable. Authorizations numbers must be posted on the outside of the package. Return authorization numbers must be requested within 3 business days of delivery. Once an authorization number is given, item must be returned with 7 business days. After that time the product will no longer be accepted. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. Items returned without authorization will be refused

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Inspect all packages at time of acceptance. All damaged or missing item claims must be reported by the next business day after acceptance of package. After that time, the customer accepts responsibility and will not hold Ellen’s Essentials liable.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE:
Ellen’s Essentials reserves the right to cancel any order placed through this website for any reason. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to any part of this website without notice.
